At Dorzom, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
🔁 3-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a 3-day replacement policy, which means you can request a replacement within 3 days of receiving your order.
📦 Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and original packaging must be intact
- You must provide proof of purchase (order ID/receipt)
- Unboxing video is mandatory
- Clear photos of the product must be shared
❗ Replacement Conditions
Replacement will be provided only in the following cases:
- ✅ Product is damaged
- ✅ Product is defective
- ✅ You received a wrong item
🚫 No Replacement / Return
Replacement will NOT be accepted if:
- ❌ Product is correct and in proper condition
- ❌ Customer does not like the product
- ❌ Size/expectation issue (if product is as described)
- ❌ No unboxing video or proof provided
📩 How to Request Replacement
To request a replacement, email us at:

Include:
- Order ID
- Product photos
- Unboxing video
Once approved, we will guide you with the next steps.
🚚 Order Cancellation (At Delivery Time)
- If the order has already been shipped and reaches your location
- And you refuse or cancel the order at the doorstep
👉 Then:
- Refund will be processed only after the product is returned to us
- Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount
💰 Refund Policy
- Refund is applicable only in cancellation cases (as mentioned above)
- Once we receive the returned product, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

- Products sent without approval will not be accepted
- Dorzom reserves the right to reject any request if conditions are not met
